Viventum International Trading was formed in the year 2011 in the State of Qatar. Viventum International Trading WLL, started with the distribution of Pharmaceutical products manufactured by NPI-Oman. In the year 2013, Oman based Pharmaceutical distributor, with over 40 years of Pharmaceutical distribution experience M/S Ibn Sina Pharmacy LLC joined the group as a partner & now the operations are fully supported by Ibn Sina Pharmacy group.

The group has diversified business presence in different countries in the Middle East as well as in India.

• Viventum International Trading caters to more than 190 retail pharmacies in Qatar including all the major chain of pharmacies & private medical centres in addition to all the major Hypermarkets & Supermarkets in Qatar.

• Viventum has been participating in the local tenders from Hamad Medical Corporation & Qatar Red Crescent & has been supplying medicines, vaccines & orthopedic materials to HMC & Qatar Red Crescent.

• We have a dedicated Regulatory department which is headed by a pharmacist with more than 19 years of regulatory experience in the GCC. His area of expertise ranges from new product registration (including CTD format) to agency transfer formalities specific to Qatar.

• The vibrant sales team comprising of Medical Representatives & Sales representatives takes care of the promotion to the medical fraternity & sales from the Pharmacies & Hypermarkets.

• We enjoy excellent relation with all our customers. The sales and marketing is headed by the head of operations who has put in more than 31 years in the Pharma Industry & more than 25 years in the GCC.

• The Viventum sales & regulatory team has hands on experience in tender processes of Government (HMC) and independent quasi Government agencies like (QRC, QP). Additionally the team follows up in matters related to the SGH tender with the local authorities.

• Viventum has a Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) approved air-conditioned storage facility of about 610 square meters, with provision to add additional storage space in the same facility operated by GWC( Gulf Warehousing Company)

• Viventum has a properly equipped delivery system consisting of three temperature controlled delivery vans to ensure prompt supply to all our customers. We ensure that all orders are processed & delivered within 48 hrs. of receiving the orders.

• We at Viventum has the latest Oracle based ERP system to provide reports pertaining to the in-market sales and give accurate stock position & movement details of various products.
